Founded in 1980, M.E.S. Computer Systems is specialized in the sales and aftersales services of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (U.P.S.), Batteries, Voltage Stabilizers, line Conditioners and other Power Systems. M.E.S. also provides turn key solutions for Data Centers in addition to Facility Management. Our offerings include complete site  construction for the data and the design, supply and erection of all its Passive Components.

Our head office is currently located in Manial, Cairo, with over 500 square meters covered. Our sales and services cover all of Egypt, with a record response time of 4 hours within Cairo and only 24 hours for other cities.

HISTORY

Back in 1980, M.E.S. began as a small-scale company specialized in selling computer supplies. Within two years, the company had introduced U.P.S. systems into Egypt, an unprecedented move in this market, and revolutionized the industry, beginning with a partnership with IMUNELEC, a French company known for its market leadership and innovative systems.

Over the next few decades, M.E.S. continued expanding its services through acquiring exclusive distribution rights of the American Emerson Electric, followed by Eaton, a USD 20 Billion revenue fortune 500 US company employing more than 100,000 employees worldwide.
The company continued to expand its product portfolio as more brands joined and more services formulated such as maintenance for multi brands of U.P.S. – even the ones not sold by M.E.S. – and the diversification of models of batteries available for sale.

M.E.S. goes beyond simple after sales services, and offers after-sales support, long-term contracts following the elapse of warranties, and send their engineers and technicians abroad to receive professional training in Eaton U.P.S. systems for maintenance support and repair.

The company has signed over 1500 contracts to date, maintaining thousands of U.P.S. system installations in sectors such as banking, pharmaceuticals, hotels, telecommunications, investment, sovereign authorities, embassies, oil and petroleum, governmental and educational institutions. M.E.S. has managed to specialize in a highly niche service-offering, and has built a reputation for itself as a first-rate service provider, in addition to being the oldest and consequently the pioneer in the field.
